Frequently Asked Questions
Which file formats can I upload?
You can directly upload your 3D models in STL, OBJ, STEP and 3MF formats. The most commonly used format is STL; however, for engineering parts requiring high dimensional precision, we also accept the STEP format. If you are unsure about your file, you can get in touch with us.
How is the price calculated?
Our pricing is done transparently on a per-gram basis; that is, the weight of your part and the cost of the material you choose determine it. There are no hidden surcharges. You can see current material prices on our production prices page and find out the estimated cost instantly by uploading your file.
How long until my print is ready?
Parts of standard size and complexity are usually printed within 1 business day after your approval. For very large jobs, high quantities, or those requiring special materials, the time may vary; in that case, we clarify the delivery date with you before approval.
Which materials can I choose?
We offer a total of 19 different materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU (flexible) and carbon-reinforced filaments. PLA is recommended for decorative products, PETG or ABS for durability, and TPU for flexible parts. If you tell us your intended use, we can choose the most suitable material together.
When do I make the payment?
We work with a payment-after-approval model. That is, you pay after you approve your order and your part has been produced and is ready. This way, you clearly see what you are paying for.
Can I get support if I don’t have a design or if there is a problem with my file?
Yes, we offer design support. If your model is not suitable for printing (such as wall thickness, gaps, or faulty surfaces), our team helps with the corrections. If you don’t have a 3D model yet, tell us your idea and we will guide you according to your needs. For your commercial projects, we ensure confidentiality with an NDA.

3D Printing Prices: How They're Calculated
3D printing prices are calculated transparently per gram, based on the weight tier your part falls into: up to 250 g, 251-500 g, or over 500 g. Electricity cost based on print time is already included in this price. You can see current per-gram prices by material in the table below; prices exclude 20% VAT.
When your order total passes certain thresholds, extra discounts of 2%, 4% or 8% are applied automatically. Our online calculator gives you an instant estimate: upload your STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP file and see the real weight and print time from actual slicing settings. The final price is confirmed by the technical advisor who reviews your file — payment is only taken after you approve that final price.

Which Material Should You Choose?
We work with 19 different filaments; if you're not sure which one fits your part, just upload your file and our advisor will recommend one based on how you'll use it.
PLA, Silk PLA, Matte PLA
The PLA family is the easiest to print, dimensionally stable and available in vivid colors — ideal for prototypes, decorative objects and indoor parts. Silk PLA has a glossy, silky finish, while Matte PLA gives a smooth, non-shiny surface.
PETG, PETG-CF
PETG is tougher than PLA and more resistant to moisture and chemicals, making it a good choice for everyday-use parts and light mechanical applications. Carbon-fiber-reinforced PETG-CF adds even more stiffness and dimensional stability.
ABS, ASA, HIPS
ABS is impact-resistant and easy to machine; ASA withstands UV exposure and outdoor weather, making it the choice for parts used outside. HIPS is lightweight and easy to sand, and can also be used as a support material.
TPU, TPE
TPU and TPE are flexible, bendable materials, with TPE being even softer. They're used for gaskets, bumpers, straps and other functional parts that need to flex.
Nylon (PA), PA-CF, Polycarbonate (PC), PC-ABS, Carbon Fiber PLA
This group is for engineering parts that need high strength and wear resistance; PA-CF and carbon fiber PLA add stiffness, while PC and PC-ABS handle high heat and impact well. Common in gears, heavy-duty jigs and load-bearing parts.
Wood-Filled PLA, Metal-Filled PLA, PVA, Polypropylene (PP)
Wood- and metal-filled PLA give decorative, natural-looking finishes, including a copper/bronze look. PP is lightweight with good fatigue resistance, while water-soluble PVA is used as support material for complex geometries.

Maximum Part Size and Large Parts
The maximum size we can print as a single piece is about 380 x 399 x 290 mm. For parts larger than this, our advisor works with you to plan the print, splitting the part into sections that join together as strongly as possible.
Production Time and Shipping
For standard parts, production is usually completed within 1 business day after you approve the price. Large or high-quantity orders may take longer depending on size and quantity; your advisor will give you a clear timeframe. Once ready, your parts ship from Şile/Istanbul to anywhere in Turkey. Shipping is not included — please contact us for shipping costs.
