Frequently Asked Questions

Which file formats can I upload?

You can directly upload your 3D models in STL, OBJ, STEP and 3MF formats. The most commonly used format is STL; however, for engineering parts requiring high dimensional precision, we also accept the STEP format. If you are unsure about your file, you can get in touch with us.

How is the price calculated?

Our pricing is done transparently on a per-gram basis; that is, the weight of your part and the cost of the material you choose determine it. There are no hidden surcharges. You can see current material prices on our production prices page and find out the estimated cost instantly by uploading your file.

How long until my print is ready?

Parts of standard size and complexity are usually printed within 1 business day after your approval. For very large jobs, high quantities, or those requiring special materials, the time may vary; in that case, we clarify the delivery date with you before approval.

Which materials can I choose?

We offer a total of 17 different materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU (flexible) and carbon-reinforced filaments. PLA is recommended for decorative products, PETG or ABS for durability, and TPU for flexible parts. If you tell us your intended use, we can choose the most suitable material together.

When do I make the payment?

We work with a payment-after-approval model. That is, you pay after you approve your order and your part has been produced and is ready. This way, you clearly see what you are paying for.

Can I get support if I don’t have a design or if there is a problem with my file?

Yes, we offer design support. If your model is not suitable for printing (such as wall thickness, gaps, or faulty surfaces), our team helps with the corrections. If you don’t have a 3D model yet, tell us your idea and we will guide you according to your needs. For your commercial projects, we ensure confidentiality with an NDA.
