How does the urgent order process work?

We’ve kept the urgent printing process as simple as possible and minimized the waiting time between the quote and production. The process consists of a few clear steps:

File submission: You send us your 3D model (STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP) through the quote form; you can also specify your quantity, color and infill preferences.
Quote and approval: We review your model and provide a clear quote based on our transparent per-gram prices. We don’t start production until you approve the price and the timeline.
Production: After approval, the print is added to the queue; for suitable parts, it is produced the same day or within 1 business day.
Delivery and payment: We collect payment after approval and deliver the part by courier or in person.

Who is urgent printing suitable for?

Our fast production line is designed for engineers who need a prototype before a trade show or presentation, manufacturers whose spare parts have broken, designers facing an approaching deadline, and anyone for whom delivery time is critical. On projects that require confidentiality, we work under an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and do not share your files with third parties.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my order really go into printing the same day?

If your file is print-ready and you give your approval early in the business day, we try to produce suitable parts the same day. Depending on the size, quantity and the current production load, the timeline may extend to 1 business day for large parts or large quantities; we’ll let you know the exact time along with the quote.

Which file formats can I send?

We accept solid model formats suitable for 3D printing: STL, OBJ, 3MF and STEP (STP). For the safest result, STL or 3MF is recommended. If you only have a drawing or an idea, you can get in touch with us by specifying the dimensions.

When do I pay for an urgent order?

We collect payment after you approve the quote; we don’t start production until you accept the price and the timeline. This way, you won’t face any surprise costs and you’ll know exactly what you’ll pay from the start.

Is urgent printing more expensive than a normal order?

Our pricing is calculated per gram based on the weight of the part and the material you choose; this same logic applies to urgent orders too. You can see the current unit prices on our production prices page. If a difference arises for special requests with very tight deadlines, we clearly state this in the quote.

How long does it take to receive the quote?

After you send us your model through the urgent order form, we get back to you as soon as possible within the business day. Since we prioritize urgent jobs, we take care to share the price and timeline information quickly.

I’m not sure which material to choose, can you help me?

Of course. We have 17 different material options; just let us know the intended use of your part (decorative, functional, heat-/impact-resistant, etc.). We’ll recommend the most suitable material and help you make the right choice in terms of strength and cost.

Will the design I send stay confidential?

Yes. Your projects are safe with us; we sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) with customers who request one and we do not share your files with third parties. Your models are used only to produce your order.
