Sometimes the thing that brings an entire device to a halt is one tiny plastic part. That part breaks, production stops, or it simply cannot be found anywhere. This is exactly where Ucuz3D steps in: we take the measurement, drawing or sample you have and re-create the part you need with our 3D printing service. No molds, no minimum order — we produce even a single part.

How does it work? Part production in 3 steps

• 1. Send it to us: Send us a photo of the part, its measurements or, if available, a 3D drawing (STL/STEP). If you do not have a drawing, we can take measurements from a sample too.
• 2. We design and optimize: We prepare the part for printing and its in-use load, and recommend the right material.
• 3. We print and deliver: We produce it with FDM and ship it after your approval. No advance payment for prints up to 25 grams.

Which materials do we produce with?

Depending on the workload, we select the right one from 17 FDM materials: PLA/PETG for everyday parts, ASA/ABS for outdoor use and heat, TPU for flexible/impact-resistant parts, and nylon, polycarbonate and carbon fiber reinforced filaments for engineering loads. We determine together which material each part requires.

Why produce parts with 3D printing?

Traditional manufacturing is expensive and slow for small quantities or single parts; tooling costs make the job uneconomical. With 3D printing no mold is needed, even a single part makes sense, and production is usually completed in 1 business day. With transparent per-gram pricing you know what you will pay from the start.

Can you produce my broken part?

Yes. With a clear photo and the measurements of the part, or with an intact sample, we redesign the broken part and produce it with 3D printing.

I don’t have a drawing, only a sample/photo — is that okay?

It is. We model the part from a sample or from a photo with measurements. If you have a 3D drawing (STL/STEP), the process is even faster.

Do you produce single parts too?

Yes, there is no minimum order quantity. We produce a single spare part too; since no mold is required, a single part is economical.

Which materials do you use?

17 FDM materials including PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, TPU, nylon, polycarbonate and carbon fiber. We recommend the most suitable one based on the part’s in-use load. (We do not offer non-FDM resin/metal production.)

How is the price determined?
