Custom 3D Printer Manufacturing
Build volume, material compatibility and speed designed around your needs
If off-the-shelf printers aren’t enough, we build yours custom
If the printers on the market don’t meet your needs, our engineering team designs and builds a 3D printer with exactly the specifications you want. From build volume to material compatibility, we define every detail according to your intended use.
Customisable features
- Build volume: any size you need, from small precision parts to large industrial models.
- Material compatibility: hardware for high-temperature (ABS, PC, nylon), flexible (TPU) and composite filaments.
- Enclosed chamber: an enclosed design for temperature control and safety.
- Speed and precision: clean prints at high speed with CoreXY architecture and Klipper firmware.
- Multi-material: multiple extruders for multi-colour or soluble-support printing.
Installation, training and after-sales service are included. Tell us where and what you’ll use your printer for, and we’ll design a solution tailored to you.

How Does the Personalised Manufacturing Process Work?
In custom 3D printing, the process starts with the idea or ready-made file you have. You can send us a 3D model (STL, OBJ, STEP, 3MF) or simply come to us with an image, sketch or idea. We clarify the design, the addition of a name/logo and the print preparation together. Then we prepare a clear quote based on a transparent price per gram according to material, colour and infill ratio. After your approval and payment we begin production, and we usually complete single-piece jobs within 1 business day.
Who Is It Suitable For?
- Brands and businesses: logoed promotional products, trade-show stand parts, corporate gifts
- Events and organisations: personalised, named objects for weddings, birthdays and special occasions
- Designers and entrepreneurs: product prototypes and low-volume first production runs
- Individual customers: one-off custom gift and keepsake designs
We offer flexible production from a single piece to runs of a few hundred parts, and when you need it we secure the confidentiality of your design with an NDA (non-disclosure agreement).
Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t have a ready 3D file, only an idea/image. Can you still produce it?
Yes. You don’t need to have a print-ready model; you can reach out to us with a sketch, photo, reference image or a written idea. We work through the stage of making the design suitable for printing together, and we get your approval before starting production. You can start the process by requesting a quote here.
Can you add a name, logo or custom text onto the product?
Yes, personalisation is at the heart of what we do. We can add a name, date, logo or custom text onto the product as embossed or engraved detail. When you send your logo as a clear image or vector file, we work it into the model in a print-ready way.
Can I order a single unit, or is there a minimum order?
We produce starting from a single unit; there is no minimum quantity requirement for one-off jobs such as personalised gifts. For high-volume promotional orders, we prepare a favourable price based on the total weight. You can see the exact price by quantity on our production prices page.
How long does my custom order take to deliver?
Single pieces and small jobs are usually completed within 1 business day after print approval. For custom production that requires design preparation or high volumes, the timeline varies according to the scope of the work and is communicated to you clearly at the quote stage.
My design is exclusive to me; how do you protect confidentiality?
We take the confidentiality of brand- or person-specific designs seriously. If you request it, we sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and do not share your files or design with third parties. We can offer this assurance as standard for prototypes and products not yet on the market.
Which material do you recommend for gift and promotional products?
You can choose from 17 different materials depending on the intended use. For desktop gifts and decorative objects we generally recommend PLA, for promotional products requiring durability PETG or ABS, and for flexible parts TPU. We determine the right material together at the quote stage, based on the product’s conditions of use and your budget.
