Ordering from a distance does not mean communication is impersonal or uncertain. Pre-printing advice is free; after you see the calculator price, a real technical adviser continues with you on WhatsApp and reviews your file and intended use. You can ask about dimensions, material, print orientation or strength before production. Work only moves forward once the scope and your approval are clear.

From file upload to delivery

The steps are the same regardless of province. Upload your STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP file to the price calculator. It processes the file in your browser with a real slicer, assessing the geometry and print settings to estimate the price. The calculation happens in your browser rather than requiring you to send the file to a server, making it easier to review the part and decide. Pricing is transparent per gram, so there is no need to rely on a manually written fixed price list.

After reviewing the price, speak with the technical adviser on WhatsApp about the part’s use, material choice and critical dimensions. The adviser may ask questions based on the file or images; production is planned after you approve the details. Most jobs are ready within 1 business day after approval, though part size, geometry and workload can affect timing. Once ready, the part is packed and sent to your address with a suitable carrier.

FDM materials and what we make

Our production is limited to FDM 3D printing with filament. We offer 19 materials in total, including PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, TPU, Nylon (PA), Polycarbonate (PC), carbon-fibre-reinforced filaments and other options. The right choice depends on temperature, flexibility, impact, outdoor exposure and dimensional requirements. Not every material suits every design, so tell the adviser how the part will be used. We do not provide metal or resin printing.

Practical tips for ordering remotely

Where possible, measure parts with callipers. Record hole diameters, wall thickness, fits and mounting points separately. Send the adviser photos from several angles together with the dimensions. A photo showing the original part beside the ruler or callipers used to measure it can also make assessment easier.

No 3D file yet? That is fine. Describe what the part does and the loads or conditions it will face, then message the adviser with photos and measurements. For shipping, secure fragile parts and thin projections, wrapping them in protective packaging without leaving room to move. Separate multiple pieces so they cannot knock into one another, and mention any special packaging needs before ordering.
