Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) Disclosure Notice

This disclosure notice has been prepared by Ucuz3D, acting as the data controller, within the scope of Turkey’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

2. Personal Data Processed

When you use our services, the following may be processed: your name and surname, company information, phone number, e-mail address, delivery/shipping details, and the design files and request content you send to us.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Receiving, evaluating and finalising your print/quote requests,
• Carrying out order and production processes and delivering the product,
• Communicating with you and managing requests and complaints,
• Fulfilling legal obligations and performing contractual processes.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds: it being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the Company, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where necessary, your explicit consent is requested.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, on a limited basis and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with courier/logistics companies in order to complete production and delivery processes, with authorised public institutions and organisations within the scope of legal obligations, and with the suppliers from whom we receive services.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the statutory retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

As a data subject, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred at home or abroad; request that it be corrected if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request that it be deleted or destroyed when the relevant conditions are met; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result arising against you as a consequence of analysis carried out solely by automated systems; and request compensation if you suffer damage.

8. How to Apply

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to our Company address. Depending on the nature of the request, your application will be finalised free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest.
